Part Condition: 

NEW:  New parts listed for sale are BRAND NEW direct from Lego, or from sealed sets and only have been handled to sort and fill orders.  Definition of NEW does not equal MINT!  Keep in mind that these parts have traveled quite a distance to get here and have some minor scratching from rubbing against other parts.  
 

USED:  Used parts are USED, NOT NEW.  These may have scratches, pay marks, indentions, come from different years, etc.  We try to describe any flaws that are very noticeable in the descriptions. If it is an expensive part or set we'll be happy to supply further comment or pictures as possible.
 

Color shades can vary slightly and sometimes printing errors (minor) may be seen in the product. We try to list anything that we notice that is obvious so that you are aware before purchasing.

Parts are sorted and stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

 

Inventory Accuracy: 

I try my best to maintain inventory accuracy. But we are only human.  Should the inventory be off I will notify you right away and you have two options 1) cancel order or 2) a refund for the missing part.

Order Accuracy: 

I strive to have orders filled accurately. If, for some reason, there is an error regarding your order please contact us for a resolution.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are sending payment via PayPal echeck I will ship your order once payment is in my account. It usually takes 3-5 business days.

For Idaho orders:   We are required by state law to collect 6% sales tax on all order in Idaho.  Shipping charges are included in the taxable amount.
